These pages are a work-in-progress. I will be updating pages and adding new material on a regular basis. I have decided to publish this material in this not-quite-finished form for two reasons - firstly because I have great difficulty working to deadlines that are not imminent and secondly because I think some of this information is pertinent to discussions on CSP Interactive.

I will be adding references and bibliographies. If you would like to challenge me on the validity of any of the statements or arguments in these pages, please post a comment – see the comments section at the bottom of this page.  Also use this space to ask for clarification or for references – this creates a deadline and close deadlines do work for me.
